I offer delicious, healthful cuisine for women and their families. Focusing on pure and organic foods (including poultrey and fish if desired) I prepare meals that are deeply nourishing to your body and soul. I approach food preparation as a meditation, holding the highest intentions for healing in my heart as my hands create meals.
My studies in midwifery, nutrition and herbal healing have given me the knowledge to design nutritious meal plans that support women during preconception, pregnancy & postpartum. I am familiar with many different dietary paths and specialize in the following: gluten free, dairy free, ayurvedic, vegetarian and vegan cuisine.

How it works: I will come to your home to discuss your food preferences and familiarize myself with your kitchen and pantry. This allows me to create a menu for your specific nutritional needs. Once you have approved the menu, we will schedule a day for me to to cook in your home. On your scheduled cooking day, I will shop for the groceries needed to complete your meal, prepare the food, and leave your kitchen clean.
